WAFFLE ICE CREAM SANDWICH

This brings me back to my younger years.  There's nothing better than spending a warm summers Saturday night with family and making our own dessert.  This fun and tasty dessert will satisfy the pickiest pallet. 

To make these tasty desserts, simply pop 2 waffles or Eggo's in a toaster.  Then, sprinkle powdered sugar (icing sugar or confectionary sugar) on the cooked waffle.  Scoop about 2-3 scoops of your favorite ice cream on one of the waffles and cover with the other.  That's it!
