How to Make a Taco Ring for Dinner

Dinner is too important of a meal to just make the same old things day-in and day-out.  It can be difficult to think of new foods to cook for dinner.  Then you have the challenge of making sure everyone in your house will eat it.

The Taco Ring will be a hit with everyone you cook for.  The best part is that it can be customized to the liking of you and your family.  Each member of your family can take a serving and add lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and other toppings.

Make sure to cook more than you think you will need.  Everyone will want seconds!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb of ground beef
  • 1 package of taco seasoning
  • 1 package of crescents
  • about ½ cup of Mexican blend cheese

Directions:

Start by browning ground beef in a skillet.  When browned, add taco seasoning.  Open crescents.  Spray cooking spray on pan.  Separate and arrange crescents in a circular pattern on a large cookie sheet or pizza pan overlapping each crescent onto each other.  Add Cheese to each crescent.  Place browned ground beef on top of crescents and cheese.  Fold the crescents to hold meat and cheese in place.  Bake in oven for 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees until crescents are golden brown.

When complete, divide and add your favorite toppings.  Enjoy your new favorite dinner!
