Homemade Brownie Ice Cream Sandwiches

One of my favorite things to make when I have that sweet tooth that just won’t go away is homemade brownie ice cream sandwiches.  These are simple to make.  The hardest part is waiting for the brownies to bake and cool down. 

 

These are perfect year round.

Ingredients:

• Ice cream
• Brownies
• Sprinkle’s (optional)
• A sweet tooth!

Directions:

Start by baking your brownies if you decide to use homemade brownies.  You can use store bought brownies if you choose.  Let your brownie cool completely before adding ice cream.  Sit ice cream out about 5 minutes before adding it to the brownies.  Add one scoop of ice cream to two brownies that are similar in size.  Press the brownies together and if you want sprinkles, put them on a plate and roll the brownie around the sprinkles.  Now you can either eat the ice cream sandwich or freeze it for later.
