St. Patrick’s Day is not just about drinking green beer and skipping out of work. Everyone love green beer but green deviled eggs are a perfect way to fill your stomach with something to absorb some of that alcohol.
These are easy to make and fun to share with friends and family. Here is what you will need:
about 3 tablespoons of mayo
about 2 teaspoons of mustard
¼ teaspoon of green food coloring
½ cup of water
Directions:
Start by hard boiling eggs. Peel eggs and rinse off. Cut each egg in half empting the yoke into a medium bowl. Mash up yoke into small pieces. Add Mayo and mustard to yoke and stir well. In a small bowl add water and food coloring. Dip egg whites in green water for about 4-5 minutes. Remove from water and place on paper towel to dry. Add yoke filling to now green egg whites and refrigerate.
