Summer is on its way and it has me craving ice cream. So today I decided to make ice cream cupcakes. These cupcakes are a fun twist on traditional cupcakes and not much harder to make.
Ingredients:
Ice cream cones
Foil
Frosting
Piping bag or plastic bag
Directions:
Start by mixing your cupcake mix. Then prepare your muffin tin by wrapping it with foil. Then poke a hole through the foil in the middle of each muffin tin. Place ice cream cones in the hole so that the surrounding foil holds the ice cream cones upright. Fill each cone with your cupcake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Let cool. Place frosting in a piping bag with a large tip. Begin piping frosting on cupcakes letting the frosting drop onto the cupcake. If you did it right, it will look like an ice cream.
