Flower Cupcake Bouquet

Whether it’s Mother’s Day, a Wedding or another occasion, the cupcake flower bouquet is the perfect gift or center piece. Your friends and family will be amazed at how creative and delicious this flower bouquet is.

Things you will need:
8 inch Styrofoam ball
green tissue paper
tape
bucket with a slightly smaller top than the ball
something heavy (rock or brick)
toothpicks
39 cupcakes
Wilton 2D tip
Piping bags
Cupcake frosting
Directions:
    1. Start by wrapping your Styrofoam ball with tissue paper and tape it to hold it.
    2. Place something heavy in your bucket.
    3. Push Styrofoam ball securely into the bucket and tape it for added security.
    4. Next, hold your unfrosted cupcakes up to the base of where the Styrofoam ball and the bucket come together and place 2 toothpicks through the cupcakes at a 45 degree angel.
    5. Continue placing cupcakes around the base then move upward until ball is completely filled. (don’t worry if there are some gaps)
    6. Next, fill frosting into piping bag and begin piping each cupcake. (You may need to refrigerate frequently to firm up the frosting.
    7. Then add 4 inch squares of tissue paper balled up in the gaps between cupcakes.
    8. Refrigerate for a 2 hours.
