Reese's No Bake Dessert

A Reese's No Bake cheesecake dessert decorated with chocolate, Reese's Pieces, Reese's peanut butter cups and the crust is a Nutter Butter base

One of my favorite dessert combination is peanut butter and chocolate.  The richness of chocolate combined with the nutty flavor of peanut butter really excites my taste buds.  I have made many desserts with the chocolate peanut butter combination.  I even made a Giant Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup once.

This recipe is a mix between a cheesecake and a candy bar.  It is very sweet and not for those watching their waistlines.  But it does taste amazing.

Ingredients:
  • 1 package Nutter Butter cookies
  • 1/4 cup chocolate jimmies
  • 1/2 cup Melted butter
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup confectionary sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 24 peanut butter cups
  • 1/8 cup melted chocolate
  • chocolate chips (topping)
  • Reese’s pieces (topping)
  • Reese’s mini’s (topping)

Directions:
  1. Start by crushing Nutter Butters in a food processor.  Pour into a medium bowl.  Add chocolate jimmies and mix well.
  2. Melt butter and mix into nutter butter mix and turn out into a casserole dish and pack in well.  Refrigerate 10-15 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl add heavy whipping cream and whisk until it is fluffy.  Place aside.
  4. In another large bowl add cream cheese and peanut butter and cream together.  Add confectionary sugar and blend.  Add vanilla and blend.  Then sweetened condensed milk.
  5. Remove crust from refrigerator and add peanut butter cups face down across the top of the crust.
  6. Combine whipping cream mixture to the peanut butter mixture and fold in.  Turn out on top of the crust and spread evenly.
  7. Melt chocolate and place in a small bag.  Cut a small hole and drizzle over the filling.
  8. Top your dessert with any combination of candy and sweets and refrigerate.
