Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Chicken

Chicken recipes can be bland and tasteless.  Baked chicken is easy to make but sometimes the chicken comes out dry and flavorless.  One way to add some flavor to your chicken while keeping it moist is to wrap it in bacon.

I could've stopped at just wrapping my chicken in bacon before baking it but I wanted to go a step beyond that.  Stuffing chicken with cream cheese gives your chicken that extra kick of flavor to the inside as well.

Ingredients:
     - 8 Thin sliced chicken breast
     - 1 8oz pack of softened cream cheese
     - 9-12 slices of bacon

Directions:
  1. Start by adding cream cheese to a small bowl.  Crumble 1-2 pieces of fully cooked bacon into the cream cheese and mix well.
  2. Spread your chicken breast on a clean surface.  Apply about 1-2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture on the chicken staying away from the edges.  Roll chicken up.
  3. Partially cook bacon and wrap 1-2 strips around each piece of chicken.  Place in a casserole dish and cook at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.  Let sit for 3-5 minutes and serve.
