Giant Goldfish Cracker
See how to make this giant Goldfish cracker. Goldfish crackers are fun bite size crackers made with different flavors and now with different colors. The original is made with cheddar cheese and features a smiling face on each goldfish.
I have some fond memories eating these fun and delicious snacks. Recently I have been making some giant recipes so I decided to make a giant Goldfish cracker.
This was very easy to make and can be made with only a few ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 16 oz shredded sharpe cheddar cheese
- 2 cups flour
- 8 tablespoons semi soft butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons cold water
Directions:
- Start by adding cheese, flour, butter and salt to a food processor and pulse.
- Add water 2 tablespoons at a time.
- Remove dough from food processor and wrap in plastic. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Remove dough from refrigerator and roll out to 1/4 inch in thickness. Cutout your Goldfish shape using a knife.
- Place on a large baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle salt as needed.
