Mountain Dew Slushies

See how to make these Mountain Dew Slushies.  Growing up I used to love slushies or Slushee’s.  I remember asking my parents if I could walk down to the local convenience store on a hot summers day just to get one.  

On a hot day this summer I recently made a homemade Kool-Aid Slushies and thought to myself…what other fun slushies can I make?  The answer was Mountain Dew Slushies.  

It was a lot of fun making these Slushies and you can make them too.  You only need a few ingredients.  

Here is what you will need:

Ingredients:

• 3-4 cups ice
• 1/2 - 1 cup sugar
• 1-2 cups Mountain Dew soda

Directions:

1. Start by mixing sugar and Mountain Dew in a large bowl.
2. Crush ice in a strong blender. 
3. Add sugar and Mountain Dew mixture to the blender and blend on high or “puree”.  
4. Serve immediately.
