Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Dip

Are you looking for a different kind of pretzel dip for your party?  If so, I got the perfect solution for you.

Combining some of my favorite things like peanut butter, cheese and sugar was the solution.

Here is what you need:

 Ingredients

  • 8 oz of softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup of confectionary sugar
  • ¾ cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of mixed chocolate and peanut butter chips
  • plastic wrap

Directions

Start by combining cream cheese, confectionary sugar, peanut butter and brown sugar in a medium bowl.  Once combined, turnout onto plastic wrap.  Pull the corners of the plastic wrap up and twist to form dip into a ball shape.  Place in freezer for 90 minutes.  Then place chocolate and peanut butter chips on a plate.  Take dip from freezer and roll it around on the chips.  Wrap the dip in a new plastic wrap sheet and either freeze or refrigerate until shortly before serving.

Now place on serving dish and surround it with pretzels or crackers.  Enjoy your party!
