Soccer Cookie Cups

With the FiFa World Cup Final being played later today, its the perfect time to make a snack that will be perfect to eat while watching it.  This would be great to watch if you are hosting a World Cup party.

Ingredients:
-Chocolate Chip cookie dough (or mix from you favorite brand)
-1/2 cup light corn syrup
-1/4 cup (4 tablespoons or 1/2 stick) of butter
-1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
-2 cups of confectionary (powder or icing) sugar
-1 tablespoon of milk
-Black writing gel

Directions:
1.  Start by spraying a muffin tin with cooking spray
2,  line about 2-3 tablespoons full of cookie dough in each tin.
3.  bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees F.  Then form a cup shape with a spoon and or a measuring cup.
4.  Let cool then remove from tin.

Filling:
1.  In a mixer, blend corn syrup, butter and vanilla until smooth.
2.  Add confectionary sugar a little at a time until it forms a runny past-like consistency.  (if to dry, add milk)
3.  Pour about 2 tablespoons of the filling in each cup and let cool.
4.  Draw soccer balls on the top for decorative purposes.
