Frankenstein Jell-O Jigglers

Halloween is a great time to experiment with food.  While some foods don’t need much to make better, others need a great deal of tweaking.  Jell-O is one of those foods that doesn't need much tweaking.  

Ingredients:

• 1 package of Jell-O
• Oreo Cookies
• Black writing gel
• plastic cups
• cooking spray

Directions:

1. Start by preparing your Jell-O according to your package.
2. Grease your plastic cups lightly with cooking spray.
3. Place one Oreo cookie in the bottom of each of the plastic cups.
4. Pour only enough Jell-O on top of the cookie to reach the level of the cookie.
5. Place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
6. Remove from refrigerator and pour remaining Jell-O to reach desired level
7. Place back in the refrigerator and let set for 1-2 hours.
8. When set, remove from refrigerator an turn the cups upside down onto a serving dish until the Jell-O falls out.  
9. Draw a face on the Frankenstein Jell-O’s

There are many way to make these.  Some people may choose to use grape Jell-O instead of an Oreo cookie, but whatever way your choose, you will love them.
