#10  Pumpkin Cake

This is two bundt cakes turned into a pumpkin cake with only a few modifications.  I kept this simple by using box cake mixes and covered the cake with fondant to give it the perfect pumpkin look.

#9  Ghost Meringue’s

Meringue’s are fun to make year round.  They naturally are shaped like ghost when piped out of a piping bag with a medium tip.  Just add some melted chocolate or some black writing gel for the eyes.  Make them with arms or without.  It is fun to be as creative as you wish.

#8 Cookie Teeth

This is a fun recipe for those who want a simple and quick snack to make for Halloween.  Maybe you got that last minute invite to a party and didn't have time to make something extravagant but didn't want to show up empty handed.  Just make cookies and decorate them with the marshmallows to look like teeth.  This simple.

#7 Pumpkin Rice Krispies

Take your Rice Krispies to the next level this Halloween.  A little orange food coloring really gives these that pumpkin look.  You can decorate the pumpkins with black writing gel or melted chocolate.  Top them off with a small piece of a chocolate bar as the stem.

#6 Spider Cupcakes

Turn simple cupcakes into spooky spiders.  Just make your favorite cupcakes and allow them to cool.  Now comes the fun part, time to decorate them.  There are lots of ways to do this but using black sprinkles for the body and colorful pull-n-peel twizzlers are a good option.

#5 Frankenstein Candy Bars

The best part about making these Halloween treats is the it is simple.  This is a great treat to make with kids.  Anyone regardless of skill level can help out.  Simply pick your favorite candy bar and dip in green candy melts (chocolate).  Decorate with black writing gel and top with a mini Reese’s cup.

#4 Pumpkin Pretzels

Mixing the sweetness of chocolate with the salty taste of salted pretzels is the perfect recipe for Halloween goodness.  Dipping pretzels in a little orange candy melts will take instantly make your recipe look more festive.  Feel free to add some orange sprinkles to give them a sparkle.  Add some melted green candy melts to make the stem.

#3 Mummy Hot Dogs

Now here is a recipe you can make as a meal or just an appetizer.  If you decide to make a meal use the whole hot dog, if you want to make it as an appetizer cut each hot dog into thirds. Simply wrap your hot dogs with cut up crescent rolls before cooking.  decorate the eyes using ketchup or mustard.
#2 Spiderman Candy Apples

Fall is the perfect season for apple recipes.  Turn your candy apples into something your friends and family will absolutely love.  Marshmallows, black frosting and a steady hand is all you will need to make these look awesome.

#1 Frankenstein Jell-0 Jigglers

This recipe tops the list at number one because everyone loves J-E-L-L-O!!!
Frankenstein is one of those classic Halloween characters so naturally he was the perfect inspiration for this recipe.  This Jell-0 is made with an Oreo cookie as his hat and black writing gel as his facial features.
