Low Calorie Strawberry Jello Dessert

We are already a few weeks into the new year and some people still have held to their resolutions.  If you are one of those people, you may be craving something sweet but don't want to destroy all your hard work.  This is why I made a low calorie dessert option that will clinch your cravings without blowing your diet.

Ingredients:
     - 1 6oz package Strawberry Jello
     - 1 1/2 cups boiling water
     - 1 cup cold water
     - about 10 strawberries
     - 2 cups cool whip

  1. Start with 6oz of Jello in a large bowl.  Add 1 and 1/2 cups of boiling water and mix until powder is fully dissolved.
  2. Add 1 cup of cold water and mix well.
  3. Cut up about 10 strawberries and line the bottom of a bundt cake pan.  Pour half of your Jello into the pan.  If should just cover all the strawberries.
  4. Place the pan and the bowl with the Jello in the refrigerator for only 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from the refrigerator and fold in cool whip to the rest of the Jello in the bowl.  Fold in until color is even.  Pour over the Jello and strawberries in the bundt cake pan.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Remove from pan by placing pan in warm water for 3 seconds to loosen the jello.
