Watermelon & Blueberry Smoothie | Healthy Smoothie Recipe


Summertime is a time of fun and adventure.  With the temperatures rising to new heights everyone looks for a nice way to cool down.  One of my favorite ways to cool down is to make a smoothy.  
While just about any smoothy would do the job, a watermelon and blueberry smoothie will quench your thirst just fine.  This simple smoothie has the best flavors of the summer packed in one cool drink.  
With only a few ingredients you can make yourself this delicious smoothie.

Ingredients:
     - 2 cups seedless watermelon
     - 2 cups blueberries
     - 2 cups of ice
     - (optional) 2 tablespoons sugar

Directions:
  1. Start by cutting the watermelon into smaller pieces.  Add the watermelon to a blender and then add the blueberries and the ice to the blender as well.  
  2. Add sugar if you wish (optional)and then blend until all the contents are finely crushed.
  3. Pour into serving glasses and enjoy.
