Nothing brings back fonder memories than licking a spatula of raw cookie dough. Most of us can remember helping your mother or grandmother bake in the kitchen. As a reward for all your hard work, you got to lick the spatula. Of course you wished that you could've dug right into the entire bowl of raw cookie dough.
Since raw cookie dough is everyone’s favorite, why not just eat the dough and skip the process of baking the cookies? Short answer is the fear of getting sick. Because raw cookie dough has uncooked eggs in it, you risk the chance of siemenela. The risk is low but still present.
Making eggless cookie dough solves this problem. You can eat as much raw cookie dough as you like now. The only obstacle you will have to overcome is your waistline.
Ingredients:
- 8 tablespoons softened butter
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- Pinch of salt
- 2-3 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
- Start with the butter in a large bowl. Add the brown sugar, vanilla extract and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Add flour a little at a time as you mix. Add milk until you get a play dough type consistency.
- Mix in chocolate chips and that is it. You can eat it like this or refrigerate for late.
