New Year’s Eve is approaching fast. Some choose to go to extravagant balls and party’s. I enjoy spending New Year’s Eve with my extended family. Each year I take a short trip to my brothers house where we spend the evening playing board games and watching the big ball drop on TV. No need to dress up or spend lots of money on hotel accommodations. But it doesn’t mean we sacrifice on the consumption of good desserts and drinks.
This year I will be bringing a dessert that also doubles as a drink. Peanut butter cheesecake shots are delicious and everyone will love them. If you would rather have Fireball Whiskey shots I made those as well.
Here is what you will need:

Ingredients
- 20 Oreo cookies
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup confectionary sugar
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Dorda chocolate Liqueur
- Mini peanut butter cup
- Cocoa powder
Directions:
- Start by crushing Oreo cookies. Mix in melted butter and divide evenly into 24 shot glasses.
- In a large bowl add cream cheese, peanut butter and confectionary sugar and blend together. Then add sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream and chocolate liqueur then blend.
- Put mixture in a piping bag and fill each shot glass on top of the Oreo crust. Top with a mini peanut butter cup and some cocoa powder.
